Terms and Conditions for Waringarri Arts

If cancelling, you will need to contact Waringarri Arts 48 hours before the tour starts to receive a 100% refund. If you cancel 24 hours or more before the tour a 50% refund will be credited. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the tour will result in no refund.

Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
