Terms and Conditions for Koomal Dreaming
Bookings: All tours must meet minimum numbers to operate. A 50% deposit will be required to secure pre-arranged private and custom tour bookings.
Cancellations: All FIT bookings cancelled within 24 hours prior to departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Private and custom tour bookings cancelled within 3-7 days prior to tour departure will be charged a 50% cancellation fee & 100% charged inside 48 hours prior to departure.
Child Policy: Tours are suitable for children aged 5 years and above. Children aged 0-4 years are FOC, however we must be notified of the child's age at time of booking as not all tours are suitable for small children. Children must be fully supervised by an accompanying Adult at all times.
Block out Dates: Tours do not operate 25 & 26 December & from 01 July - 31 July inclusive.
We recommend all tour participants wear comfortable walking shoes, a hat and sunscreen, and bring their own water bottle. Please ensure all pax are aware prior to the tour that whilst the walking tracks are graded as easy, there are some sections that are sandy &/or a little rocky which can be challenging for some prams &/or mobility aids. Cameras: are welcome on tour but video and voice recording devices are not permitted. Transport to/from tour is not included in pricing and is by own arrangement. Bus bays, car parking and toilet facilities are available at pick up and drop off points.
