Join Nyungar Wadjuk man, Justin Martin, a qualified tour guide and Aboriginal art specialist for an interactive art and yarning session in Wadjuk, Perth.

Learn traditional symbols, stories, language, colours, and line work used in Aboriginal art while creating your own piece.

Justin’s tours and artworks are based around history, facts and creation stories that are hundreds of years old. The stories and dot paintings are passed down from generation to generation.

Join renowned Nyungar artist Justin Martin from Djurandi Dreaming in a beautiful location, in and around Perth for an art session you won’t forget.

Guests will learn symbols, stories and colours used in Nyungar art. Design a concept of Nyungar art in an engaging session while hearing about the local Indigenous history of the area and Nyungar language. Djurandi Dreaming is a certified Indigenous culture, tour and arts company based on Nyungar boodja in the Perth metropolitan area.

Things to know

This is a 90 minute workshop and can be run at a Perth metro indoor or outdoor venue of your choice.

*This experience requires a minimum of 4 participants to operate.

Cost: $145.00AUD per person.

Cost includes all art supplies.

  • Clothes you don't mind getting paint on
  • For outdoor locations: enclosed shoes, hat, sunscreen protection, warm clothes/wind breaker, insect repellent, water bottle, camera.
