In this special event for the National Launch of the Welcome to Country platform, Jamie Marloo Thomas and Sara Jones will share the Wayapa Wuurrk Story of their journey to create a global wellness movement to reconnect people to their responsibility for taking care of the Earth for greater wellbeing. As a GunaiKurnai and Maara descendant, Jamie, will share the wisdom passed on to him from his Elders, Culture and Country that is the foundation of Wayapa Wuurrk. Sara, a Canadian-born Australian with Welsh heritage, will share the vision she had of creating an internationally-certified modality with Jamie that would tap into every individual’s ancestry for a shared belonging and purpose.
