Terms and Conditions for QAGOMA Blaklash Experiences

Payment Terms

20% Deposit payment – On acceptance of the booking
50% Deposit payment – Due one month prior to event date
Final payment – Due 1 week prior to event date, in conjunction with final numbers

Cancellation & Refund Policy

(i) 120 Days before the Event – no cancellation fee and QAGOMA will refund any deposit paid.
(ii) Between 90 and 120 days before the Event – a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total value.
(iii) Between 60 and 90 days before the Event – a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total value.
(iv) Between 30 and 60 days before the Event – a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total value.
(v) On or after 30 days before the Event – a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total value.
