Terms and Conditions for Pudakul Aboriginal Cultural Tours
A. Cancellations made within 7 days of booking arrival date incur a 100%
B. Cancellations made with more than 7 days’ notice incur an administration
charge of 30% of total booking fee.
C. Pudakul Aboriginal Cultural Tours accepts no responsibility for injury, illness,
loss or damage to any person or property sustained while on tour.
D. The child rate is applicable to 16 years of age and under (proof of age may be
requested on the day).
E. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, or no shows.
F. Please ring and confirm tour 24 hours prior to travel date as there is limited
phone reception at Pudakul.
G. Credit fees and security bond is required upon check-in when staying overnight.
H. Credit Card fees may apply.
I. If you must cancel a booking within 7 days of your booking date due to reason
beyond your control and cannot be present and available to participate in the
experience, Pudakul can offer a voucher to that same value or less which must
be used within 12 months at a suitable date and time by Pudakul Aboriginal
Cultural Tour on any of the experiences on offer at that time only to the value
of what you have paid. If you cannot make the next scheduled date or time,
then you will lose your total booking value amount paid.
Refund Policy – If you meet the criteria:
J. If a refund is approved then it can take up to four weeks to process, especially
if your booking has come through an agent or other outlet such as Tourism Top
End. If you have booked directly with Pudakul the time will be up to 3 weeks.

K. Due to the uncertainty with boarder and COVID-19 restrictions, Pudakul is
committed to working with stakeholders, customers and Government and will
provide a full refund should any travel or Boarder issues arise making it
uncertain or impossible for any paying client should they book and pay in
