Terms and conditions – Port River Cruises
Departure must meet minimum numbers of 4 to depart.
The Operator reserves the right to alter, modify or cancel a tour due to bad weather, unsafe conditions or at the request of governmental, park, & state agencies.
The Operator assumes no responsibility for injuries, delays caused by breakdowns, accidents, adverse weather conditions and other conditions beyond their control.
The Operator is not responsible for any loss or damage to property.


CANCELLATIONS
A FULL refund is provided to guests if the tour is cancelled due to poor weather conditions and an alternative time is not established to undertake the tour. As we are providing tours within a river system, the water is very calm.
NO refund is provided to guests for non-attendance at scheduled tour time
Guests can reschedule tour if required, however need to ensure that more than 48 hours’ notice is provided to Port River Cruises via telephone confirmation
All bookings cancelled within 7 days of scheduled departure, will incur a 50% charge of tour cost, alternatively, a credit can be held for you to use within a 18 month timeframe.


COVID CANCELLATIONS
ALL bookings cancelled due to COVID restrictions can choose to leave their booking in credit for 3 years. A refund will be provided if cancellation is provided as per cancellation policy.
