Terms and Conditions for Kimberley Cultural Adventures

All bookings made on request.
Group or private booking requests may be made outside standard operating months/days.
All booking confirmations must include guest pickup and drop off location, guest or tour director contact number and email address if applicable.
All tours are subject to a minimum number of guests. Minimum number per tour varies, this information can be found above or on our website.

Cancellations made more than forty-eight (48) hours prior to departure date may be made without penalty and a full refund will be given to the customer.
Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of departure date will result in a loss of total costs.

Payment due within two (2) weeks of invoice issued date. 

Tours are suitable for children of all ages. Children under the age of seven (7) years are free of charge (FOC), however must be notified at the time of booking. A child aged less than one (1) year can be held on the lap of a parent or caregiver aged sixteen (16) years or over while travelling in the bus. All children must be restrained in the seatbelts that are properly adjusted and securely fastened to the best extend possible while travelling in the bus. Children must be fully supervised by an accompanying Adult at all times.

While every precaution will be taken for the safety of participants, no liability can be taken in the event of death accident injury loss or damage to person and property on these tours.
This exclusion of liability shall apply to Kimberley Cultural Adventures and be the benefit of its agents servants and representatives.
