When you place an order, you agree and are bound by the terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are subject to change by Welcome to Country, without prior written notice at any time, at our discretion.


We are constantly updating and reviewing products in our store, and may discontinue products at any time without notice. All pricing for the products on are subject to change.

For all of our prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, and other extenuating circumstances. However, no prices shall affect your Purchase after you have placed your order.
 All pricing at Welcome to Country is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST.


All products advertised should be in stock. Very occasionally we may unexpectedly run out of a product. If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible and offer another item. Should we not be able to help you with your order we will refund you.

If the product is excepted to come in within the week, we will let you know and will ship your order on the next business day.


We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your shipping needs.  Please check the shipping options at checkout for specific delivery options and fees. Please note Express does not mean priority shipping, Express Post means the package is sent vis Express Post with Australia Post. Please refer to Australia Post for delivery  dates. 


We want our customers to be happy and love their products.  Please be aware of the following return policy.

Damaged or Faulty Products

All products are thoroughly checked before being packaged and sent to you.  Refunds are only issued if the item is deemed damaged or faulty.  Products must be returned in unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition with tags attached. Items must be returned within 5 days, including original packaging (any boxes, garment bags and other signature packaging materials). 
 Return of faulty products are sent back to the manufacturer for assessment prior to any refund being processed. 

Change of Mind

We do not refund for change of mind.  At our discretion we may allow items to be exchanged provided the original purchased goods are returned in unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition with original packaging (any boxes, garment bags and other signature packaging materials) and tags attached.  Items must be returned within 5 days. Under no circumstances will a store credit note be provide for change of mind purchases.
The cost of postage to return a product is the customers responsibility.  We strongly recommend obtaining postage with tracking information as we accept no liability for items that go missing in transit.
